Print Reach, a leading web-to-print and MIS provider to the graphic communications industry, today announced new features for Midnight Print & Mail MIS in 2021. The newest features include credit card payment integration with Print Reach Pay, as well as additional payment features, such as Distribute Partial Refunds, Manage Cards on File, Default CC and BCC for Payment Emails, and more.
“We’re very excited about the new automated payment features in Midnight,” says David Torres, Product Manager for Midnight. “Customers are now sending invoice emails with a ‘Pay Now’ link which not only simplifies but also expedites the process of getting paid. You can even attach additional payment files to reduce the number of emails being sent out. The net result is that it preserves staff time and accelerates the payment workflow”.
“Keeping track of payments doesn’t have to be hard. With Midnight’s new “unpaid balance limit” functionality, users now have the option to introduce a limit on a customer’s unpaid order balances,” David mentioned. “When a user tries to create a new order, they will get a warning letting them know that this customer has exceeded their unpaid balance limit.”
Midnight has been upgraded with many additional features since 2020, such as postage markup enhancements, wide format material waste calculations, frequently purchased services, a Marcom API integration, and Midnight Fulfillment customer sync.
