Jacksonville Beach, FL and Plano, IL. November 26, 2019. Print Reach provides web-to-print and MIS solutions designed to meet the needs of small, mid and large print and mail providers. The company is pleased to announce the upcoming release of value-added updates to its Printer’s Plan MIS, scheduled for early 2020.
“We are so excited about the new features our customers will be able to take advantage of in Printer’s Plan 2020,” stated Gregory Witek, COO of Print Reach. “This system will continue to deliver cutting edge estimating and business management tools, and the upgrades provide additional resources to our users.”
The new features are designed to streamline processes and provide faster estimates. For example, the new Intelligent Document feature will allow users to organize and find documents in specific folders by customer, product or event, which saves time and reduces frustration.
Print Reach has also enhanced several functions of its Large Format Services. “We’ve focused on paneling jobs, machine margins, lead and trail waste, and other factors to help our users more accurately cost and price these jobs,” explained Paul D’Angelo, Product Manager of Printer’s Plan. “We have also improved the interface with our web-to-print portal, MyOrderDesk,” he said. “Status updates will now be automatically sent when a job is received, converted and shipped within Printer’s Plan, to keep everyone in the know.”
Finally, the company has added HTML abilities and additional functionality to the email tool. “Many of our customers began sending emails directly out of Printer’s Plan when we released the new feature last year. We’re now adding the ability to have HTML email formatting and have added additional functionality to the email tool,” explained Chris Huber, CEO of Print Reach. “Users will have access to enhanced formatting features, such as font controls, and images, as well as the ability to attach multiple files to an email. Every year, when we survey our customers for new features, the feedback is great, and we find pride in delivering on those new features.”
These new features of Printer’s Plan will be available in early 2020.
