December 16, 2020 – AUBURN, AL

Fullsteam, a holding company acquiring software and payments businesses, announced
today the acquisition of Print Reach, a leading provider of business management software
for print and mail companies.

Through its diverse selection of products, Print Reach serves a wide variety of print and
mail businesses. Print Reach’s software suite offers integrated solutions for: Print and Mail
Shop Management, Web-to-Print, Mailing, and Order Fulfillment. With Print Reach software,
businesses benefit from streamlined operations, lowered costs and improved
responsiveness to customer demands.

Print Reach was initially formed by the merger of three well-established companies in the
industry that offered complementary software products aimed at both small print shops
and larger print and mail service providers. The merger brought together best-in-class
products and services under one roof that resulted in increased value for the combined
client base.

“We are extremely excited about bringing Print Reach into the Fullsteam family of
companies,” said Fullsteam CEO Michael A. Lawler. “In the Print and Mail industry, Print
Reach’s software, services and support are second to none.”

Print Reach is headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, FL. As part of the Fullsteam acquisition
plan, Chris Huber, President, and COO Greg Witek will continue to lead the company’s day-
to-day operations.

“We are excited to join the Fullsteam portfolio of SaaS companies and to leverage our
collective passion and experience in the print and mail software space,” Huber said. “Our
healthy subscription base coupled with an automated payment platform is a powerful
combination. We have several exciting initiatives that are in the works and with Fullsteam
as a partner we look forward to making it happen for our customers.”
