NAPM: A Vendor’s Perspective

The National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) is an organization that serves as an advocate to the US Postal Service, the Postal Regulatory Commission and appropriate Members of Congress. This organization’s narrow focus on shops that offer presort mailer services allows it to have a significant impact on regulations and regulatory implementation.

The Print Reach Perspective

NAPM’s Annual Conference was held at the TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete’s Beach, Florida February 11th – 13th. This year Print Reach was honored to serve as both a vendor and sponsor of this event and enjoyed meeting all of the leaders and members of this important organization. In addition to our traditional vendor role, we were also invited to present information about our products and services that are relevant to this business community.

“We enjoy attending NAPM because it allows us to connect with current users who leverage our software system to streamline and grow their businesses as well as meet potential customers who want to achieve these same goals,” explained Nate Burns, Director of Sales for Print Reach. “For our presentation, we focused on seamless acceptance of orders and automating business processes. Both are key to remaining competitive in today’s markets.”

A User’s Endorsement

At this conference, we met with NAPM member Jim Clark who is the founder of JLS. During our conversation, Jim shared, “We chose Midnight MIS software because of its ability to integrate the core parts of our business together.  JLS is committed to a vision of a fully integrated software platform. The Print Reach team is a valuable partner in completing this vision.”

While we know the quality and capabilities of our products, it is always exciting to hear from a satisfied user how we have helped their company streamline services and save money. Jim’s comments demonstrate how Print Reach truly supports the automation of business processes, which delivers immense financial and operational benefits throughout an organization.

We fully enjoyed our time at the NAPM conference and look forward to participating in next year’s event.
