The National Print Owners Association (NPOA) was founded by and is dedicated to print owners. At Print Reach we have great respect for this association and attend its annual conference because it is one that goes beyond the big picture of the print industry by providing the information on the details of simply running a business.
The NPOA Difference
As a vendor, our leaders and employees have attended several expos and conferences, and this one stands out for its focus on providing actionable information to shop owners. While it does share information about market trends and new technologies, it also offers sessions on how to cost, sell and mail products, and manage employee benefits. This event is designed to help shop owners with the information they need to address every aspect of their business.
Print Reach at NPOA
This year the NPOA conference is being held on March 12 – 14 at the JW Marriott-Houston, in Houston, Texas. Print Reach is honored to have been invited to present two workshops. On Thursday, March 12th we will discuss:
- Printer’s Plan from 1:00 to 2:50. Our presentation of Printer’s Plan is consistent with the goal of the conference to provide information to shop owners about products and services that can support their success. Printer’s Plan MIS is specifically designed to address the needs of small to mid-size shops by improving workflows and scheduling, reducing costs and increasing efficiencies. This product has all of the MIS elements needed by small shops without any unnecessary and expensive bells and whistles.
- MyOrderDesk from 3:00 to 5:00. Web-to-Print portals have gone from a luxury add-on to a necessary component of a shop’s ability to compete in the marketplace. MyOrderDesk gives users the ability to blend a brick and mortar shop with a web-based business, serving the needs of a greater segment of the market. It can also increase customer retention, serve as a great marketing tool and deliver a competitive advantage.
During these sessions, we will address the practical applications of these products as well as the positive impacts they have on cash flow and profits.
The NPOA Conference delivers great value to attendees, and we are excited to participate as both workshop presenters and vendors. We hope to see you in Texas, March 12 – 14.
